No gain/ No loss... Another contest

Hi Everyone!
It has been a busy couple of weeks at home and at work. I haven't been blogging much lately.
Good news on the weight loss.. No gain and No loss for the pass two weeks. I guess that is good. I am trying to up the exercise. We shall see if that works or not.
I am schedule for another sleep study on the 19th. I will let you know how it comes out.

This contest will have many items in different categories, they are all not related to Weight Loss yet there are Weight Loss products as well.

To start the contest the following is what is needed.

You can gain more points by sending in your before, after and progress pictures so I can post them to the blog (2) extra points. If you bring a friend to this site you get an extra point (1), for each friend that will benefit from the site. If you follow these rules, you will have (7) points and then can grab other points along the way. It is so fun as everyone scrambles to make more points so when the names are drawn by my mother at the end of the contest..Have fun!
